When I think about.
When I think about the influences that shape my life, rather than a single person, I see a blend of different perspectives that allow me to look at the world from various angles. For me, the greatest sources of inspiration are humanity’s never-ending sense of curiosity and its resilience in the face of challenges.
Every person who constantly questions, asks “Whyı”, and stands up again by learning from their mistakes adds a piece to my perspective. Specifically, these three areas leave deep marks on my life:
1. Questioning Minds
The fact that people don’t just settle for accepting information but weigh it, and have the courage to leave when they see a mistake, has taught me the importance of honesty. The expectations and critical thinking of my readers ensure that I remain more careful and sincere.
2. The Balance of Nature and Science
Nature teaches us patience, while science teaches us order. Combining the meticulousness of a scientist with the aesthetic understanding of an artist when solving a complex problem allows me to look at events more holistically.
3. The Vision of Singapore
If I had the chance to live anywhere in the world, it would definitely be Singapore. The discipline of that city, its ability to melt different cultures in one pot, and its vision for the future are great sources of motivation for me. That immense order within the chaos always reminds me that better is possible.
Ultimately, every interaction and every new piece of information helps me shine that “light” within myself a little brighter. Whose or what influences have left the most significant marks on your lifeı
